Our fantastic ArtFest on the Green this past weekend was a great success!
Working together our artists, ArtFest Committee and Volunteers, and
Community Sponsors created an inspiring show celebrating creativity, artistic
excellence, and bringing art and community together. Original fine artwork, crafts, and artist demos captivated attendees while popular, talented musician Bobby G. and
young local vocalists entertained everyone with great songs at the Wellington
Amphitheater.
Special thanks goes to the enthusiastic WAS ArtFest Committee, all our wonderful volunteers, and entertainers, for their time and talents. We appreciate and thank Adrianne Hetherington for her vision and hard work in helping to develop ArtFest over the past eight years. We are especially grateful to our sponsors for their generous support and encourage you to reciprocate with your patronage at their local business locations.

Judy Eisinger and Lindy May shared a booth to showcase their unique artwork.
Sheree Blum-Cuthbert showed her handmade glass pieces.
Ralph Papa, a well-known artist and respected judge, called our ArtFest "An outstanding exhibit of fine art and crafts. Many talented artists." Here he is with WAS President Leslie Pfeiffer, who worked tirelessly to put on a fabulous show.
Patricia Astudillo showed her beautiful handmade purses.
Sandra Barbieri showed her fine paintings, as well as her own published book.
We had beautiful weather both days. The Wellington Amphitheater really is a wonderful site for an art show.
Bobbin Salisbury showed her watercolor and acrylic paintings. She also showcased her handmade frames that a local artisan makes from lobster traps.
Sharon Segal is a local teacher and artist. Her artwork appeals to young and old.
Jo-Ann Wolfe and Kathy Morlock enjoyed helping in our welcome tent.
Congratulations to the award-winning artists of ArtFest on the Green
