Travel Through the Airport and Enjoy Local Art

Palm Beach County's Art in Public Places program manages an art display at Palm Beach International Airport. Anyone in the county can apply to this show,  which changes every few months. Many of our members have entered this show. The artwork is seen by thousands of people each day as they pass through the airport. The reception for this show will be April 10 from 5:30 - 7:30 on Level 2 of the Main Terminal. Here is Kathy Morlock's watercolor painting called "Tropical Rainforest."

"The Rings of Solaris" is a mixed media piece by Laura Willems.

Ursula Fernandez painted "The Street Vendor" in oil.

This is Gisela Pferdekamper's oil painting called "Indian within America."

At the last rotation, Gisela had another painting at the airport. This one is called "Poor Man's Orchid."

Flannery Winchester had this painting called "Heavy Hair" in the last show.

Laura Willems contributed this diptych.

Adrianne Hetherington made this mixed media piece.
